Speaker Guidelines
What Do the Speakers Get?
- Global visibility and branding. The Speaker's biography will
be published on the conference website. The conference website
will be promoted through worldwide press-releases, direct email,
fax, and magazine advertising to tens of thousands of Global
Fortune 1000 executives, managers and consultants
- Mention of the Speakers and their companies on the
conference's promotional material
- Receive complimentary access to all of the conference
sessions, including other networking events and media sessions.
- The Speaker's session video will be posted online.
Do You Pay the Speakers?
- The CEO Conference does not pay for the speaking engagements.
- The conferences and their pre-event global marketing
campaigns provide a valuable platform to develop the Speakers'
brand, credibility, increase their visibility and promote their
businesses. The CEO Conference is also a great opportunity to get
access to potential high-profile clients.
Speaker's Presentation Guidelines:
- All presentations must be submitted for review
- Each session will consist of a 30 minutes presentation and a
15 minutes Q&A
- Although there is no exact format, we ask that you keep your
presentations to a maximum of 30 slides
- All presentations should be in Microsoft Power Point
- Less text is more when it comes to presentation slides
- For better visibility the font should not be less than
24 point
- The first slide should include the talking agenda
- The use of humor, anecdotes, quotes, charts, graphics,
examples, video, and research data will enhance your
presentation
- The last slide(s) should include takeaways or lesson
summaries
- You should have full copyright or permission to the
content
- Presentations should cover best practices and be oriented
towards senior management. While you are encouraged to give
practical examples from your experience, the language should not
be sales or self-promotion oriented.
- Email your presentation to us in advance and bring an
electronic copy of your presentation on a USB drive. You may use
your personal laptop, however, if you plan to do this please
arrive early so that your laptop can be tested and connected
- All Speakers must arrive one day before the conference and
attend the lunch and orientation session from 12pm- 3pm
- Please submit the presentation and a one-page bio with links
to your company's website in RTF or Microsoft Word format
