Conduct: |
You agree to maintain professional and
courteous behavior during the CEO Conference
You agree not to violate any local, state,
federal, or international law in relation to the use of CEO Q services
or products.
You agrees to indemnify and hold CEO Q harmless from any liability, loss
or damage you may suffer as a result of attending any CEO Q events,
workshops or activities.
You agree not to use video or audio recording at the events or
workshops
You agree not to use the information obtained at the events or workshops
to compete with CEO Q.

Event Fees,
Cancellation and Refunds: |
All customer initiated cancellations are subject
to minimum $200 (USD) application processing and administration fee.
To receive a refund, cancellations must be
submitted in writing via email, online form or fax at least 30 days
before the starting date of the the event.
No refunds for cancellations within 30 days from the
event's start date.
Clients are advised to make all travel arrangements
with refund options and/or travel insurance to avoid financial
losses due to any unforeseen circumstances or changes.

CEO Q Rights: |
CEO Q reserves
the rights to accept or reject any application based on its resources
availability. CEO Q reserves the right to change its fees or policy in
the future without prior notice. Any such change shall be posted on this
website for public access.

| Media |
CEO Q conferences and are
covered by the media and CEO Q staff. During the event there will be
photographic, video, and audio coverage of the activities. By
registering to attend the event, you accept the possibility of being
photographed and recorded. CEO Q reserves
the right to use and publish all images and recordings taken at the
conference and related activities. The copyright ownership of all the
recordings belong to CEO Q.

Dispute Resolution |
All disputes or claims arising out of or
relating to this contract shall be submitted to binding arbitration in
accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration
Association then in effect. The judgment of the arbitrator is binding to
each of the parties and final. Each party will pay their own legal
expenses.

| Choice
of Law |
This agreement
shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada.
If any provision of this Contract is held unenforceable, then such
provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention. All
remaining provisions of this Contract shall remain in full force and
effect.

|
Limitation of Damages |
All claims by the client
arising out of or relating to this contract shall not exceed the cost of
the product(s) or service(s) sold to the client
|
|
Changes |
All Conference
activities, session speakers, schedules and locations are subject to
change without notice. Seating and session attendance is on a first-come,
first-served basis.
CEO Q reserves the right to cancel or change the dates of the events.
If CEO Q cancel the event, CEO Q will refund 100% of the paid
event fees to the clients. |
